Russia's Daniil Medvedev qualified for the semi-finals of the Paris French Masters Championships after beating French Hugo Gaston in two straight sets.
Medvedev managed to settle the match in two sets, 7-6, 6-4, in one hour and 45 minutes.
Medvedev will meet in the semi-finals, the winner of the match between German Alexander Zverev and Norway's Casper Ruud.
In the second match in the semi-finals, Serbian Novak Djokovic will meet Poland's Hubert Hurkacz.
