Before the international match against Liechtenstein in Wolfsburg on Thursday, there is a corona case with the German national soccer team.
One player tested positive for the corona virus, a corresponding report in the "Bild" newspaper was confirmed by SPIEGEL.
At first it was not clear which player it was.
According to the picture, it should be a player from FC Bayern.
The DFB had previously announced that the team training scheduled for Tuesday in Wolfsburg could not take place as planned and that there would be individual training units in the team hotel instead.
The DFB had initially not given a reason for this.
The players met on Monday for the last international trip this year.
The first team training session should start at 11 a.m. on Tuesday.
The team of national coach Hansi Flick is supposed to meet Liechtenstein in the penultimate World Cup qualifier on Thursday (8.45 p.m. / RTL).
Three days later, the annual accounts in Armenia are on the agenda.
