The NBA (tonight) Sunday night games kicked off last night with the Lakers' win over San Antonio.
Tonight there were some very intriguing games when Golden State suffered only its second loss this season against Charlotte.
Brooklyn and Phoenix defeated and Milwaukee continued its dismal season opener with a loss to Atlanta.

A particularly easy and unsurprising victory for the Suns, who achieved an eighth consecutive victory and managed even without the injured Diandra Eyton against the weakest team in the league, which suffered an 11th consecutive loss. Still without the injured LeBron James, the Los Angeles Lakers recovered from the painful loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday and returned to the winning track at the expense of the Spurs. After a close first half that ended in a 55:60 advantage for the locals, Anthony Davis, Russell Westbrook and Carmelo Anthony managed to produce a double-digit lead of 14 points that was enough for the victory, despite an impressive comeback from the visitors in the closing minutes.
Anthony partnered for 40 minutes and was four assists away from a triple-double, thanks to 34 points (14 from 24 from the field, scoring 19 already in the first quarter) and 15 rebounds and the standout scorer behind him was Dylan Horton Tucker who scored 17 in his debut this season.
Westbrook scored 14 points (3 of 5 from outside the arc) also picked up 11 rebounds and handed out 7 assists, Carmelo finished with 15 points in 30 minutes.
From the bench the Lakers made a nice contribution from Malik Monk and Wayne Ellington with 16 and 15 points respectively.
San Antonio enjoyed 24 points from Caldon Johnson and triple-double from Jonathon Marie who scored 22 points,
delivered 10 assists and also dropped 10 rebounds, but recorded a third loss in four games and two this season to the Lakers, after the previous game in Texas was decided at the end of overtime and LeBron James did not play.
By the way, this is the Lakers' fourth win without "King" LeBron who was injured earlier this month.
