Summary: Israel - Faroe Islands 2: 3 (Sport 1)
One of the most memorable moments from the game between Israel and the Faroe Islands is the contemptuous whistles of some of the crowd in Netanya towards Mons Dabour.
The Hoffenheim striker signaled a silence motion towards the crowd after scoring from the penalty spot in the 30th minute, and caused a stir.
Former national team player Abbas Suan was interviewed today (Tuesday) for the 103FM sports program and addressed the issue.
At first, a former Maccabi Haifa and Bnei Sakhnin player referred to his personal experiences as an Arab player in the Israeli national team: "I never silenced the fans, but when they whistled at me - it hurt me a lot, because I knew the only reason was that I was an Arab."

Old and attractive: the records of the Israeli team in the World Cup qualifiers

Suan dismissed the possibility of breaking the tools and leaving the team: "Every self-respecting player wants to score a goal and win."
However, the former player thinks that they also got worse with Dabour: "If you hang any player who makes a mistake you will not have players left. Same thing for political or racist background. No player should be disqualified - he made a mistake, got some punishment, and so on. "You should not hang him. It can not be that it has taken so long and the anti-audience is shouting at him. It can not be."
During the program, a loud debate began on the issue between presenters Yoni Helali and Ron Kaufman, which began after the latter asked the former to summarize the World Cup qualifier campaign.
"This is a team, this is not a team," Kaufman said.
"A team is supposed to unite everyone."
From here the confrontation intensified.
