Placed in police custody Wednesday morning, the four supporters are indicted for unauthorized entry into a sports competition with the intention of disturbing it, "
a specific violation of the sports code
".
Three of them are also indicted for violence committed in a meeting in a sports venue, Angers prosecutor Eric Bouillard told AFP.
They would have committed this violence "
either on stewards, or on opponents of the camp opposite the OM
", detailed the magistrate.
Pending their appearance before the criminal court, all four were placed under judicial supervision.
They are also prohibited from attending stadiums where Ligue 1 or Ligue 2 matches take place.
A fifth man, "
less involved
", who was summoned Wednesday morning and did not appear, was finally heard.
He is also indicted for having entered the sports arena.

On September 22, after throwing firecrackers, several dozen Marseille supporters left the visitors' area to confront the Angevin ultras in the neighboring stand before the stewards restored order.
