Washington stopped and lost to Charlotte, 9 points and 11 rebounds to Danny Abdia
After five straight wins, the Wizards surrendered 97:87 to the impressive Hornets.

Washington's five-game winning streak was cut short tonight (Wednesday-Thursday) after the Wizards surrendered 97-87 to Charlotte.
The Hornets (7: 9) recorded a fourth straight win, and after interrupting the Golden State streak this week and stopping the Warriors after seven straight wins - tonight stopped the Wizards' momentum, which now stands at 4:10 (at the top of the East, alongside Brooklyn and Chicago).
Danny Abdia, who recorded a good period recently, finished the night again with beautiful numbers of 9 points and 11 rebounds, but the Israeli suffered a weak shooting west: In his 25 minutes on the field, Abdia scored only 2 of 9 from the field (22 percent) and only 1 of 7 from the three (14 percent) and 4 of 4 from the penalty line.
Abdia added 11 rebounds (2 on offense) and one block, but his plus-minus balance in his minutes on the field was minus 10. In fact, Abdia was no exception in this section, as all of Washington's players suffered a weak shooting west, and the Wizards finished the game 36 percent. From the field and only 8 of 42 from the three (19 percent).

After 14 games this season, Abdia's shooting balance across the arc stands at 28 percent (compared to 44 percent from the field and 63 percent from the line).
