The annoyance about the narrowly missed final in Vorarlberg has just vanished, the next competition for ski racer Andrea Filser is on: the World Cup slalom in Levi.

- At first, Andrea Filser was very angry about missing the final last week at the parallel race in Lech (Vorarlberg).
“A hundredth of a second, it doesn't get any closer than that.
You only get annoyed at first, ”confessed the wild climber.
After two runs and a total of around 50 seconds of driving time, it was precisely this blink of an eye that separated them from 16th place, which would have meant their entry into the finals.
And in these races, as we have known since the World Championships in Cortina d'Ampezzo at the latest, anything is possible - and Filser is always a candidate to win such duels.
But when the anger was gone, the 28-year-old was still able to look forward to her 18th place.
Because that is her best individual result in the World Cup so far and lets her write 13 World Cup points right at the start of the season.
This Saturday and Sunday at the World Cup slalom in Levi (Finland), points should be added straight away.
Last winter Filser finished 23rd in the points in the far north.
