In the aftermath of the incidents that led to the early interruption of Lyon-Marseille this Sunday, the disciplinary committee of the LFP pronounced a closed session as a precaution for the Groupama Stadium (Lyon).
Gathered urgently on Monday, the body "
decides to put the case under investigation and, as a precautionary measure, a total closed session of Groupama Stadium until the delivery of the final measure
," said the League in a press release.

The LFP further specifies that "
the instruction will be issued during the session of Wednesday, December 8, 2021
" to report the incidents and determine the final decisions to be taken concerning the responsibility of OL as well as the fate of the match.
A week earlier, on Wednesday 1 December, OL will therefore receive Stade de Reims behind closed doors before possible other sanctions.
