The English club Chelsea decided the fate of German player Antonio Rodriguez.
And according to a club statement on its official website, the Blues management decided to abandon the player at the end of the current season after the failure to renew his contract with the team.
Rodriguer signed for Chelsea in 2017, from Roma, for 35 million euros, and has played with the team since then 159 games in all competitions, scoring eight goals and providing three assists, and crowned with the club the Champions League, European League, League Cup and European Super.
At the international level, he played 48 matches with the German national team, scored two goals, and crowned the team with the Confederations Cup title in 2017.
