The guests sat together for more than five hours at the SV Planegg-Krailling volunteer evening.

In addition to numerous honors, there was also a surprising donation.

Planegg - When volunteers meet, there is always a lot to talk about.

That is why Florian Häringer, President of SV Planegg-Krailling, was not very surprised that his club's volunteer evening lasted over five hours in the end.

More than 60 guests, including local politicians, came together in the SVP restaurant s'Hüttl, on the one hand to collect the thanks from the board and on the other hand to spend a convivial evening with food and drink.

In advance, the association had done everything to make the event as safe as possible in times of pandemic.

He set up UV air purification devices, took care of entrance controls and strictly adhered to the prescribed 3G-plus regulation.

Ultimately, there was only one unvaccinated participant with a PCR test among the guests.

Häringer: "That is a very good signal."

SV Planegg-Krailling: External awards for six volunteers

Those responsible brought the official part of the evening fairly quickly and yet with the appropriate attention over the stage.

The focus was on the awards for six long-term volunteers of the Planegger Verein.

It was reserved for President Häringer to present badges of merit from the Bavarian State Sports Association (BLSV) and awards from the Munich district.

The awardees were Hermann Blasczyk, Andrea Häringer, Ex-President Bernd Läßiger, Ingrid Rädlein, Arno Rädlein and Vice-President Ayhan Kurt.

SVP changes special rules of honor: Two new honorary members for the association

In addition, the SVP Presidium used the evening to appoint two new honorary members: Georg Heide, in whose honor the stadium had recently been renamed, for his decades of commitment to the club and Richard Mayer, who had already been active as a generous donor many times .

In order to be able to award honorary membership to both, the Presidium had to change the honorary rules in advance of the event: The committee had unanimously increased the maximum number of possible honorary members from ten to eleven.

Surprising donation: Richard Mayer pays 30,000 euros for Halle

Richard Mayer immediately returned the favor with a surprise: The new SVP honorary member got up and announced that he would take over the costs for the around 30,000 euro environmentally and energy-saving heat pump heating in the planned new multi-purpose hall on the club's premises by donating.

“I really didn't expect that,” said President Florian Häringer.

Before the “very nice evening” (Häringer) turned into its cozy part, the members present witnessed the premiere of the SVP's new image film, for which the Planegger Klub had commissioned a documentary filmmaker.

"It was very, very well received," said Häringer.
