The Formula One World Championship has announced that the Spanish Grand Prix will continue on the Catalan track until 2026.
The association said in a statement today that the Spanish Grand Prix will continue on the Catalan track in Barcelona until at least 2026, after the expected renewal of the contract.
The contract is signed between the organizers in Spain and those responsible for developing the track and infrastructure in Formula One before the next race on this track, which is scheduled for May 22, 2022.
