The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially determined its position on the proposal to organize the World Cup every two years.
CAF stated on its official website that the 13th Extraordinary General Assembly of the Confederation of African Football met in Cairo and the 52 member federations voted unanimously to support the proposal to hold the World Cup every two years.
CAF also announced its members' support for the establishment of the African Super League, in addition to signing a memorandum of understanding with FIFA to develop arbitration within the continent.
