The Italian financial police raided the offices of the top Italian club Juventus.
The authorities are investigating because of false reports from the listed association and the issuing of invoices for non-existent transactions, according to a statement from the Turin prosecutor.
According to the public prosecutor's office, the police searched on Friday afternoon at the club's headquarters in Milan and Turin for documents relating to balance sheets from 2019 to 2021 and the purchase of players.
The club did not want to comment on the events on Saturday.
According to the announcement, the company's management and managers in the sports and finance sectors are targeted.
The investigators examine, among other things, transfers of professional players and the services of advisors who were involved in the mediation.
The judiciary reported its activities to the Italian stock exchange regulator and the jurisdiction of the Italian football association FIGC.
The «Prisma» investigation had already started in May of this year.
