Significant strengthening for Hapoel Jerusalem: The team signed Suleiman Braimo today (Saturday) until the end of the season.
The Nigerian-American domestic player returns to the team where he starred after just a few months in the San Pablo Burgos uniform and he will try to help her meet her goals this season.
"It's no secret that we have been working in the player market for a long time to strengthen the face positions," said Yotam Halperin, the team's coach and professional manager. The champions and the goals here in Israel, and I am sure that having them with character, leadership, toughness and experience, will add a lot to us. "
Braimo himself said: "I am very happy to return. Jerusalem is my home. We have a difficult task in the Champions League, but you already know me, I missed our fans and I promise them we will fight for it to the last drop of sweat. Come on Hapoel!".

Braimo (32, 2.03) arrived in Israel after the start of the 2018/19 season for Hapoel Eilat after moving to several Arab countries, Japan, Germany, Russia and France.
He was one of the outstanding players in the Eilat run that ended in the semifinals of the Final Four.
In the 2019/20 season, he joined Hapoel Jerusalem, won the Winner's Cup with the team, and finished the season with 12.2 points and 5.2 rebounds per game.
Last season he continued in the capital and was one of the only players left in Jerusalem after the outbreak of the Wall Guard operation.
This season in Burgos Braimo recorded 7.7 points and 3.5 rebounds.
Hapoel Jerusalem is ranked first in the Premier League table after seven rounds.
In Europe, the team is making efforts to be eliminated in the first round of the Champions League.
