Eight games were played tonight in the NBA, with the exception of the Washington Wizards and Danny Abdia's victory over the Dallas Mavericks, the focus was on the Phoenix Suns' 16th straight win, this time over the Brooklyn Nets, and a return to the grounds of Joel Ambide that ended in a loss after two overtimes.

Philadelphia Sixers (10:10) - Minnesota Timberwolves (10:10) 121: 120 (after two overtimes)

The Sixers got back Joel Ambide who has been absent for the last nine games after falling ill in Corona, but lost even though his chin was at its peak. The Cameroonian gave the hosts their first advantage of the game about two minutes to go, with a three that set a 95:98 mark. Carl Anthony Towns and Anthony Edwards made it 98-100, Ambide scored just one shot out of two from the line and shrank to a point difference. Tobias Harris squeezed from Towns his sixth offense about 18 seconds to go and led to his exit from the tackle, but he only scored once from the line and the game went into overtime after Edwards missed a three on the buzzer.

DiAngelo Russell scored two formidable threes in the final 32 seconds of overtime, and two seconds to go Tyrese Maxi went to the penalty line with the Sixers trailing 113-110. The guard scored the first shot, deliberately missed the second, and Andre Drummond was able to catch the rebound, score his only field goal of the game and send the game into extra time.

Ambide’s personal 0: 7 run in the second overtime set 117: 120 for the Sixers, but those were his team’s final points.

Torian Prince gave the visitors the lead about five seconds to go, and Edwards blocked Ambide's potential winning basket en route to the Wolves' big win.

Russell led the winner with 35 points, Towns added 28 and 10 rebounds.

Ambid was passionate in the return game with 42 points and 14 rebounds, but unfortunately that was not enough.

Who will stop Phoenix?

Brooklyn Nets (6:14) - Phoenix Suns (3:17) 113: 107

The Western Champions continued to be the hottest team in the league with its 16th consecutive victory, with the latter being without a doubt one of the most impressive of them all.

Devin Booker opened with a storm and gave the Suns a quick 6:17, and with the help of the bench players the visitors led by 15 points even before the end of the first quarter.

Chris Paul set up a 20-point lead in the second quarter, but Kevin Durant narrowed the gap to seven points before the break.

The Suns did not let the Hunts' run confuse them, opened burners in the third quarter and went up to 20 points once more.

Although already trailing by 22 in the last quarter, the host did not give up and managed to reduce to 108: 101 with two and a half minutes left, but that was not enough to make a huge comeback.

Morning finished with 30 points, Chris Paul with 22 and 8 rebounds.

Durant was passionate with 39, James Harden added a triple - a double of 12 points, 13 rebounds and 14 assists.

Victory is an important hit.

Butler vs. White (Photo: Reuters)

Chicago Bulls (8:13) - Miami Heat (7:13) 107: 104

Jimmy Butler returned to his home court between 2011 and 2017 and helped his team achieve an impressive away win among the top East.

Duncan Robinson gave the visitors a nine-point lead as early as the first quarter, but Alex Caruso and Lonzo Ball made sure to shrink with shots from outside the arc.

Robinson retained the lead for the Heat with two threes in the third quarter, but Caruso completed a makeover and set up a 67-68 lead.

The hosts had already increased the lead to six points, but then Gabe Vincent and Kyle Laurie sniped three threes each on their way to 18 straight points of the off-arc hit.

Butler set a 91: 100, Damar Drusen shrank to 102: 99 about half a minute to go, but Laurie closed a story with a basket 23 seconds to go.

In the absence of the injured Tyler Hiro, Vincent took over the role of the X Factor from the bench with 20 points, with Laurie and Butler contributing 19 and 18 points respectively.

Drusen scored 28 points for the loser, Caruso added 22.

The Knicks got a little revenge.

Atlanta Hawks (10:11) - New York Knicks (9:11) 99:90

About six months ago the Knicks were eliminated in the first round of the playoffs by the Hawks, and tonight they achieved little revenge.

The guest from the Big Apple came into the game without a pair of coordinators, Kamba Walker and Derek Rose, and Trey Young took full advantage of that to set a 12:17 for the Hawks.

The host suffered a severe blow in the second quarter when Bogdan Bogdanovich, who is also in doubt for the match, was injured and had to get off the floor with the help of his teammates.

The Knicks took advantage of that and climbed to a nine-point lead, but Young shrank to a point at the break.

The Hawks continued to run well into the opening of the second half, but the Knicks took care to stop the local momentum and regain the advantage, with Julius Randall setting up 74:85 at the end of the quarter.

The guest did not let her opponent get close on the way to an important victory in the position battles in the East.

Alec Brex scored 23 points, Owen Fournier added 20 for the winner.

Trey Young scored 33 points for the loser, Clint Capella added a double - an impressive double of 16 points and 21 rebounds.

Second straight win for the Rockets.

Houston Rockets (16: 3) - Charlotte Hornets (9:13) 143: 146 (after overtime)

The Rockets came into the game without injured rookie Jaylen Green and without John Wall, although he has reportedly asked the United States to return to the pitches.

Despite all the deductions, the team achieved a second consecutive victory and a third overall this season.

The Texans were already leading by 17 points about ten minutes to go, but the Hornets came back and forced overtime after drowning P.J. Washington about four seconds to go that set a 135-135 mark.

The hosts ran 0: 6 in overtime, and after free throws from both sides the Hornets did not have time to throw in time and suffered a surprising loss.

Christian Wood led six double-digit goals with 33 points and 16 rebounds, and Kevin Porter Jr. also contributed a double-double of 23 points and 12 assists.

Terry Roger's 31 points were not enough.

Cleveland Cavaliers (10:10) - Orlando Magic (17: 4) 92: 105

The Cavaliers counted five straight losses through the night, but tonight the negative streak was interrupted with the return from injury to promising rookie Owen Mobley.

Together with Darius Garland, the rookie led the hosts to the lead in the first quarter, but the rookie of the Magic, Franz Wagner, set 35:35.

Cleveland has proven that even though it is not from the Lions of the league, there are still quality gaps between it and the weak Orlando when it flew to a double-digit difference in the third quarter.

The Magic have not been able to come back and now they are counting a ninth loss in the last ten games.

Garland led the winner with 26 points, Mobley added 13 points and nine rebounds on his return to the pitches.

Wendell Carter Jr. stood out with 19 against.

This time there were no surprises.

Utah Jazz (7:13) - New Orleans Pelicans (17: 5) 105: 127

Just a day ago Devonta Graham gave the Pelicans a dramatic win in Utah with a three in the closing seconds, and tonight the Jazz achieved the quick revenge.

The host cruised to a double-digit advantage right from the start when Donovan Mitchell set 14:30, and the advantage had already grown to 33:62 even before the break.

When the difference reached 40 points in the last quarter, Kevin Snyder gave his stars minutes of rest and the Pelicans took advantage of this to reduce the intensity of the humiliation.

Mitchell scored 21 points, Jordan Clarkson and Mike Conley added 20 each.

Jackson Hayes was the loser's leading scorer with 15 points, which he scored in just eight minutes.
