Good mood, but hardly any corona masks: spectators at the derby between Cologne and Gladbach

1. FC Köln may have to answer for the refusal of some spectators to mask at the Rhenish derby on Saturday against Borussia Mönchengladbach (4: 1).
The Cologne public order office is checking possible fines, the city of Cologne announced on Sunday.
The city's health department and public order office had ordered at short notice that in view of the rapidly increasing number of corona infections in the entire stadium during the game, the mask requirement should apply.
Many of the 50,000 spectators in the sold-out stadium did not comply.
The health department and health department now want to check whether the FC have sufficiently enforced the short-term instruction, it said on Sunday.
