Transat Jacques Vabre: arrivals (and smiles), despite the atmosphere in Fort-de-France

Behind the winners and the lucky sailors who managed to climb on the podiums of the four categories of the Transat Jacques Vabre, the sailors continue to arrive in Fort-de-France shaken by the demonstrations.

Despite the gloomy atmosphere, the sailors enjoy finishing after 3 weeks of racing and appreciate the few sweets that are offered to them when they set foot on the pontoons.

Like Sébastien Simon and Yann Eliès classified fourth for Simon's last race under the colors of Arkea Paprec.

Then followed the duos Sam Davies-Nicolas Lunven (Initiatives Cœur, 5th), Giancarlo Pedote-Martin Le Pape (Prysmian Group, 6th), Romain Attanasio-Sébastien Marsset (Fortinet-Best Western, 7th) and Nicolas Troussel-Sébastien Josse ( Corum L'Epargne, 8th).

Yannick Bestaven (Maître CoQ), the winner of the last Vendée Globe, will be the next to arrive today.
