A peak at 1.52 million at the time of arrival was even noted.
As a reminder, the previous Qatar GP had gathered 1.24 million viewers.
Next Sunday, the epilogue of a crazy season is expected in Abu Dhabi between Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton with a race starting at 2 p.m.
