Spanish club Atlético Madrid snatched the ticket to the Champions League final, after defeating its Portuguese host, Porto, by 31, in the sixth and final round of the group stage.
The first goal of the match came through French striker Antoine Griezmann in the 56th minute, and Angel Correa added the second goal in the 90th minute, before Rodrigo de Paul scored the third in the 92nd minute, while Sergio Oliveira scored Porto's only goal in the 96th minute from a penalty kick.
With this result, Atletico Madrid snatched the second qualifying card in the group with seven points behind the leaders Liverpool with the full score with 18 points, while AC Milan exited the championship after losing the second match against Liverpool 21, to stop its score at four points to turn to the European League accompanied by Porto.
