Krasteich will be able to bring in new players in January, when management gave him permission to strengthen the squad for the second half of the season.
In Serbia, it is claimed that this is a "surprising appointment" and that he rejected an offer from the Nigerian team.
Krasteich will land in Israel until Sunday and is scheduled to be in Bloomfield against Hapoel Hadera in the stands.
