A complicated start to the match and an end in the form of an ordeal, the Parisians' first European outing turned into a disaster this Sunday.
On the marked Connacht ground, the Stade Français underwent the Irish law much more solid to finally leave humiliated by a final score (36-9).

From the first minutes, the players of Gonzalo Quesada, absent because detected a contact case before this meeting, were overtaken.
After just 10 minutes, the locals scored a logical first try, concretizing the domination they had established since kick-off.
Crucified by the Penaltouches
Throughout the match, the Irish Penaltouches crucified the Parisians.
Three of them led to tries (11th, 28th, 40th) to bring the mark to 19-6 at the break.
But the return of the locker room has changed nothing in this catastrophic scenario of the visitors.
The meeting even ended with three new Irish tries (70th, 73rd, 80th + 2) which greatly mar the start of the Stade Français European campaign.
Tenth in the Top 14, the Parisians fall back into their pitfalls after their feat against La Rochelle in the league last week.
A reaction is now expected next Sunday for the reception of Bristol, as part of the second day of the European Cup.
