Taniela Moa, Tongan international (21 caps) who played for the Section Paloise for more than 4 years, died this Thursday, December 16.
It was the Tonga Rugby Union which announced the news this morning, without communicating the reasons for the death.
The 36-year-old wore the Paloise Section colors from 2013 to 2017. His last match for Tonga was at the Pacific Nations Cup in 2015.
A feat against the Blues in 2011
Taniela Moa started her career in the Super XV in Auckland, with the Chiefs and then the Blues.
He had played in the 2011 World Cup where he had written one of the most beautiful pages of Tongan rugby by beating the XV of France in the group stage (19-14).
A real achievement.
