The Corona continues to hit hard in the Premier League.
Leeds' (against Liverpool) Watford (against Wolves) games, which were scheduled to take place on Sunday "Boxing Day", were postponed today (Thursday) due to the outbreak of the virus in both teams.
"The league is aware that the decision to postpone these two games will disappoint fans and understands their frustration at a special time of year when they expect to come and watch football matches," the Premier League statement said.
In the last two weeks, no less than 12 games have been postponed.
This coming Sunday there were supposed to be nine games, now there are seven left.
