The Murray clan embarked on a huge real estate project several years ago around the tennis player's childhood town of Dunblane, north of Glasgow.
Judy, the mother of the former world number 1, who is piloting the case, has just won her case in a legal standoff between her and local residents.
1,500 people as well as elected officials had launched a petition which had made it possible to suspend the smooth running of operations.
But the Scottish government has just ruled in favor of the promoters who had appealed the decision of the Stirling Council.
The Murrays will be able to give the green light to the work which promises to be long since the complex will consist of an 18-hole golf course, a training center dedicated to tennis, 19 luxury houses, a hotel four stars but also a museum dedicated to the 34-year-old player.

The Scottish government's decision has stuck through the throats of petitioners committed to preserving a natural space.
"
This is a decision that will destroy the historic landscape of Keir Park which has existed for centuries,
" said Mark Ruskell, one of the opponents.
In response to the protests, the Murray clan planned to create a 60-acre park open to the public with walks in the woods, a children's play area and an area to play soccer.
