Peißenberger "Miners" in front of the goal very effectively

That was clear: the "Miners" of TSV Peißenberg won against TSV Erding by six goals.

Niko Fissekis and Martin Andrä shone with six points each.

Peißenberg - First a new addition and then three more points: The "Miners" of TSV Peißenberg experienced a pre-Christmas gift in several ways in the Bayernliga.

The home game one day before Christmas Eve against the "Erding Gladiators" was won by the Peißenberger 7-1.

“The result sounds clear, but it wasn't the game,” said “Miners” coach Christian Kratzmeir, the result being one or two goals too high.

“Erding didn't make it easy for us, but this time we consistently exploited the opponent's mistakes.” So far, the “Miners” had not necessarily attracted attention because of their effectiveness.

"Usually we almost always have over 30 shots at the opposing goal, this time it was only about 20", Kratzmeir underpinned this assessment with figures.

What was striking was this extremely good exploitation of chances in the first round, in which the Peißenberger exploited almost all opportunities, while Erding did not know how to use the best scoring opportunities.

In front of around 300 spectators, which ensured a good mood, the home side got off to a good start. After a strong solo by Moritz Birkner, the disc landed at Niko Fissekis (4th), who made it 1-0 in the follow-up. He still has to get used to the league, but you saw his potential, ”said Kratzmeir about access.

The Peissenbergers completely took command in the middle section. After a face-off win, Fissekis (28th) didn't hesitate for long and scored to make it 4-0. In the final round, the Peißenberger, who, like the Erdinger, relied on numerous young players due to many failures, controlled the game over long periods. Martin Andrä (45th) and Vogl (52nd) missed good opportunities before the “Miners” captain struck twice. First, the otherwise strong guest keeper Christoph Schedlbauer slipped a shot from Martin Andrä (53rd) through the schooner, and in the final phase Andrä used a solo (57th) to make it 7-1.
