The wording of a resolution unanimously approved by the management of the Football Association: "The management hereby confirms that in any case brought to the notice of the association that a fan or fans of football teams have been convicted of violent offenses on or near football fields, the association may, at the discretion of the Ombudsman A fan or fans of these.
It is clarified that the aforesaid does not diminish the responsibility of the group for the actions of its fans in accordance with the disciplinary regulations and any other law.
The attorney general of the association will from time to time report on the proceedings in such lawsuits to the management of the association. "
