You have to be lucky and practice basketball a bit, which is not always the case with the chosen people.

Since 2015, only "air ball" (the ball does not touch the circle or the board) have completed the coveted shot.

In addition to the successful shot in 2013, only four shooters in 15 years have managed to touch the basket without returning the ball.
