After providing two great years at Inter and leading the Narazzi last season to their first championship in a decade, Romulo Lukaku was bought this summer by Chelsea for around € 115 million and returned to Stamford Bridge, several years after leaving without really getting too many opportunities.
Lukaku, who has so far been unable to deliver the goods because he suffered injuries and was ill in Corona, provided an interview with Sky Italy and described his feelings.
"Everything that happened last summer was not supposed to happen like that. The way I left Inter, the way I communicated with Inter fans. It bothers me from the moment it happened," the giant Belgian said.

On his professional future: "I hope from the bottom of my heart that I will return to Inter one day, and not at the end of my career, but when I am still a top player and win more titles together. I want to apologize to Inter fans for what I said. What you did for me will be remembered forever."
On his position at Chelsea and the deterioration of the Blues in the table in recent weeks: "I'm not happy with the situation that has arisen at Chelsea. Tuchel has chosen to play in a different way. I will not give up, I am a professional. I am not happy with the situation but I can not give up."
