A dramatic end to a close and fascinating game between the Chicago Bulls and the Washington Wizards ended in a seventh straight victory for the Bulls at the expense of the Wizards, who conceded a crucial basket with the buzzer.
Danny Abdia was long on the field in the intriguing game, 34 minutes, but could not stop Chicago star Damar Druzen, who scored 28 points, including an incredible three-pointer that set a 119: 120 for the Bulls.
Abdia did score 10 points, but did so at a mediocre percentage (4 of 9 from the field), including 0 of 4 from outside the arc.
He was blocked by Nikola Wojciech in one of the critical moves towards the end, and eventually came out with six fouls, four of which were burned against him in the final quarter.
The Israeli, who also picked up 6 rebounds, was one of Washington's four best players tonight, but it is doubtful if that comforts him his teammates, who were headed by Kyle Kozma with 29 points and 12 rebounds.
Bradley Bill was also one of the Wizards' standouts with 27 points and a career-high 17 rebounds.
