About four months after signing for Hapoel Jerusalem, Anthony Bennett was released today (Sunday) from the team.
The forward (28, 2.03) who was first selected in the NBA Draft in 2013 by the Cleveland Cavaliers recorded 7 points and 4.2 rebounds in five games in the Champions League as well as 6.3 points and 3.3 rebounds in eight games in the Premier League.
"Hapoel Jerusalem and player Anthony Bennett announce that they have reached a joint decision on allowing the player's contract at the club," the club said.
