After being forced to miss the last ten league games due to injuries and infection in Corona, Luka Doncic returned to the floor early Monday morning and was a key factor in Dallas' 86-95 away win over Oklahoma City.
The Slovenian prodigy did look rusty at times, but despite the lack of sharpness he almost managed to score a triple double when in 31 minutes he scored 14 points and added 10 assists and 9 rebounds.
Doncic, who has been absent from the pitches for a total of 22 days mainly due to an annoying ankle injury, admitted at the end that the comeback was not smooth for him.
"I admit, it was hard," he explained to the media, "the last time I played 5 on 5 was exactly four weeks ago. It feels weird, but I'm happy to be back."

The Slovenian added honestly: "During the game, I felt my chest burning. It seemed to me that slowly everything would come back to me. Tonight when I threw the basket, the feeling was strange. I did not know if the ball went in or out. There was one shot that just felt amazing. I said to myself "It's great and it's about to come in," but in the end it was an airball. "

Very close to Triple Double,
Coach Jason Kidd, too, commented on the team star's comeback: "I think he did a great job, Luca almost completed a triple double in 30 minutes. He's still trying to feel it, looking for the right feeling, but he's arranged good shots for friends "
