Following the explosion on Thursday, December 30 in Jeddah aboard a vehicle piloted by Frenchman Philippe Boutron, seriously injuring him, a preliminary investigation was opened for attempted assassinations in connection with a terrorist enterprise, indicates the anti-terrorism prosecution.
According to the prosecution, the investigations were entrusted to the General Directorate of Internal Security (DGSI).
