With a similar upheaval in not-so-simple circumstances he did it last night again.

Summary of Maccabi Haifa's 2: 3 victory over Maccabi Tel Aviv (Sport1)

On October 24, 2016, Maccabi Haifa shortened its last victory over Maccabi Tel Aviv in the league. Exactly one month later, on November 24, Inter went up to 0: 2 at Turner Stadium against Hapoel Beer Sheva in the 25th minute. Until the 58th minute, it did not seem that anything would move in a positive direction for the hosts, but then Lucio slammed in and shrank to 2: 1. What happened on the pitch afterwards is hard to describe in a word other than "possessed." Be'er Sheva sat on the Italian goal, equalized with a penalty and in the 93rd minute Muhammad Gadir delivered a message with the heel and Ben Shehar nailed the ball in the net - 2: 3 in the biggest turnaround ever of an Israeli team in the European factories.

Shehar came in last night in the 78th minute, immediately after Charon Sherry shrank to 2: 1. The person who coached him then, five years ago, is Barak Bachar. Perhaps for the striker, as a substitute player who barely gets minutes, it means less, but in the Bachar sector the huge turnaround against Maccabi Tel Aviv is completely the "inter" of Maccabi Haifa - a game that, as then, once again marks the superstar of football coaches in Israel.

Good things come slowly and hard.

The Boston Red Sox baseball team has for 86 years seen its hated rival New York Yankees win 27 championships, while failing to take even one.

In 2004 the Red Sox were the only ones in the history of the industry to turn a 3-0 deficit into a 3-4 victory in the playoff series.

It happened against the Yankees, actually against them, on the way to the coveted World Series win.

And there is, of course, the big story of Arsenal and the 1989 Championship, with the goal at the time of the injury that broke so many blocks of ice in north London.

Maccabi Haifa recorded its monumental moment yesterday, and like the above two teams did so in the most dreamlike way possible. After 18 frustrating meetings, at home and away, it seemed on the way to another defeat, and then came 13 minutes of magic and power.

After the victory in the Champions League in July, Ron Amikam wrote here: "You will be surprised, there is a huge advantage to you winning a championship but not being able to beat your sworn opponent for 3 and a half years (meaning victory in the Cup - Dr.). For a season with one lofty goal - to get the monkey off his back. "

And they took off, and how. Maccabi Haifa did everything they dreamed of for Maccabi Tel Aviv - a fast, destructive, painful blitz. The runner-up, who for the past decade has boasted of a marvelous physical fitness that has helped her close games, has fallen off her feet. It was a quiet, submissive and painful confession that these two teams are not in the same league today. And to think that just a few minutes before Shari's goal, only Liran Liani to Pendel on Tal Ben Haim. In a world where there is no VAR, or Ben Haim's leg is 40 cm ahead, Maccabi Tel Aviv rises to 0: 3 and we are talking about another mental collapse of Bachar and the players in the green.

How strange is this business called football.

For Maccabi Haifa, this strangeness in the games against Maccabi Tel Aviv has almost always tilted in the other direction in the last decade.

Yesterday she changed sides.

But let's leave cosmic questions and think about the consequences of Maccabi Haifa's inability to win last night.

Suppose she loses or at most ends in a draw.

In two weeks she will arrive in Be'er Sheva with what could have been (and still is possible in the event of a splash in Petah Tikva) a potential lag of 4 or 5 points.

A loss at Turner, and the gap increased to 7-8 points.

Instead, in the wake of one win at Turner, a pitch that has actually brightened her face in recent years, she can recapture the summit.

And who knows if you will not do it before.

Be'er Sheva makes a serious statement every week.

She is consistent, she is stable, she has great defense and she does what needs to be done.

After last night's green turnaround, the ball bounces back to her.

She will have to leave the game in Bloomfield against Maccabi Tel Aviv in peace and then get into a head-to-head battle with Maccabi Haifa.

It could very well be that the next two weeks will chart the rest of the season for us - are we heading towards a two-way championship race, or is the road to a second consecutive green title paved.

Krestic wants to make changes.

Anger and disappointment dragged on and broke out

Unprecedented inferiority in ball possession.

31 percent ball possession. This is the bottom line that Maccabi Tel Aviv takes from the game. When was the last time the Yellows found themselves in such a distinct inferiority in this category? It's hard to remember something like this from recent years. The Yellows' offensive performance was embarrassing to non-existent. Still, they almost stole the game. Mladen Krestic came up with a defensive-oriented lineup, but also with a very fast front trio that managed, as last week in Petah Tikva, to allow twice in the opening minutes.

We will only know what Krestic's nature will be in a few weeks or months, but the coach's initial fingerprint can be seen. There are encouraging signs that he is actually the right man. The placement of the players on the field and the blossoming of Eden Shamir in the two games in which the Serb coached, indicate that he came prepared, studying his team and the opponent. And yet, he lost. On the same weight, then, the discrimination should be imputed at the end of his duty, no?

The answer is complex.

Yes, the income of Stipa Fritza, who in an irresponsible game brought equality with his own feet, was in the back of Maccabi Tel Aviv, but still, it is a different team than the one we saw under Patrick van Levon and Barak Yitzhaki - one that knows how to surprise the opponent and stand well on the field, at least in the opening.

Krasteich is still in the experimental stage.

He already understood that Tal Ben Haim is "no" and he will soon understand this also about Elon Almog and a few other players.

In general, he faces a very bad staff by Maccabi Tel Aviv standards.

The next step is to see if his maneuvers will serve him, and Maccabi Haifa, in the upcoming game against Beer Sheva.
