Paris SG striker Lionel Messi, recently affected by Covid-19 in Argentina, tested negative and was able to return to Paris, his club announced on Wednesday.

He arrived in Paris and he will resume with the group in the coming days
”, explained the Parisian club in a press release.
The seven-time Ballon d'Or had tested positive for Covid-19 during his vacation in Argentina, a test revealed by PSG on Sunday.
PSG did not say whether the Argentinian, back in Paris, would be available for the Ligue 1 match in Lyon on Sunday (8:45 p.m.).
