Want to go all the way.
Milan proved tonight (Thursday) that they are strong in the championship race in Serie A, after beating Roma 1: 3 and temporarily clinging to the leading Inter.
Olivier Giroud scored first in the eighth minute from a successful penalty.
Junior Macias doubled nine minutes later and Rafael Lau closed a story in the 82nd minute.
In between, Tami Avraham managed to shrink in the 40th minute and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who cooked the third for Lao, also missed from the penalty spot in extra time.
Now, Milan have narrowed the gap from their city rival to just one point, but Inter are expected to get a technical win against Bologna after the latter could not line up for the game between them earlier due to a Corona outburst.
