Olsk was injured in the 74th minute of the game in which his team was defeated 4-0 by the champion, and evacuated on a stretcher from the field.
At the end of the game, on the way to the team bus, there were no crutches available - so Olsk was supported by a cart so as not to fall, as he stepped towards the bus.
The video of course became popular among Premier League fans, who could not help but be amazed by the amusing and miserable moment.
Maccabi Petah Tikva is in last place in the Premier League, with only 10 points in 17 games, and since then Nir Klinger has been appointed coach (replacing Guy Luzon) with two losses in two games.
