But this success was marred by the behavior of opposing supporters, who hit young Frenchman Michael Olise in the head with a bottle, as he was about to take a corner kick.
Later in the match, his teammate Connor Gallagher suffered homophobic chants.

He then delivered an assist to another Blue, Jean-Philippe Mateta to allow his team to take the lead.
