Chile coach Martin Lasarte received a heavy blow after suspending Inter Milan midfielder Arturo Vidal.
And according to the Italian “TotoMercato” website, the International Football Association (FIFA) decided to ban Vidal for the next three matches, after the mistake he made and his violent intervention on Felix Torres, the Ecuadorian national team player, during the two teams’ match in the 14th round of the South American qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup.
The site indicated that Vidal, 34, will miss his country's next three matches against Argentina, Bolivia and Brazil, while he returns to participate normally in the last match of the qualifiers against Uruguay.
