Australian world number one Ashleigh Barty won the Adelaide International Tennis Championships today.
According to Sky Sports, Barty won her second title in the Adelaide Championships in three years, after defeating Kazakhstan's Elena Rybakina 6-3, 6-2 in the final.
Barty has won her 17th victory against one defeat against the world's top 20 since the beginning of last year, and is preparing to participate in the Sydney Tennis Classic, in preparation for her participation in the Australian Open, the first of the four Grand Slam tournaments of the current season, which begins on the 17th of this month.
