"We are hitting rock bottom": Mbappé raises his voice after insults targeting a sick child on Twitter

The controversy started from a video posted on Sunday.

Camille, eight years old and suffering from VACTERL syndrome, a rare disease, posts a video on the account of her association - A smile for Camille, who makes the dreams of children with congenital and genetic diseases come true.

The message of the young girl, of infinite sweetness, notably asks the Parisian striker, at the end of his contract in June, to "stay at PSG".

"Continue to make us dream for a long time, we love you," said the young girl, PSG jersey on her back.

The video of the young girl was mocked by some Internet users on Twitter, who did not hesitate to insult the young girl.

This provoked a strong indignation on Twitter, to such an extent that the association "A smile for Camille" was forced to react.

In addition to being indignant at these hateful comments, Kylian Mbappé had words of encouragement for Camille.
