All this ordeal was not necessary. Tennis Australia and medics gave him the green light to enter the tournament and that's where the policy stepped in. If they canceled his visa now I think it would paint Australia badly. Winning the Australian Open under the best of circumstances is tough, but Novak is a champion. I can't say what his chances are after what he's been through, but I'm sure he'll be happy to be on the court and start preparing for the tournament.

Whether or not I agree with Djokovic on certain things is not essential.

Justice has spoken and said he has the right to participate in the Australian Open and ... it is the fairest decision to do so, if it was resolved that way.

I wish him the best of luck.

On a personal level, I would prefer him not to play (laughs) ... Seriously, it's so much better when the best players are on the pitch playing against each other.

Djokovic had his day in court, with all the evidence presented, and won exhaustively ... Let's respect the court decision and move on to the other court where the 'we are talking about sport.
