Schalke sign defender Vindheim on loan
FC Schalke 04 have signed defender Andreas Vindheim.
As the second division soccer team announced on Monday, the 26-year-old Norwegian signed a loan agreement from Sparta Prague, which runs until the end of the current season and which includes a purchase option.
With the transfer, the fourth in the table closes the gap on the right wing, which was created by the injury of Mehmet Aydin.
Vindheim, who trained at SK Brann Bergen, won the Swedish championship with Malmö FF in 2016 and 2017.
