After the big victory over Hapoel Eilat, forward Will Daniels is close to a conclusion at Hapoel Haifa on a contract until the end of the 2021/22 season.
Daniels (35, 2.03m) started the season in the Turkish second division in the Bladyspur team and was one of the outstanding players in the league with an impressive average of 22.5 points (42.1 percent for 3) and 6.4 rebounds per game.
He recently left Turkey and concluded most of his terms with the team from Carmel, now it only remains to close the last details against the Turkish team.
Hapoel Haifa will be the second stop of the American forward in Israel.
In the 2016/17 season, Daniels played for Hapoel Eilat and averaged a nice 11.7 points (48.5 percent for 3) and 5 rebounds per game.
The new acquisition will be the fifth foreigner in Elad Hussein's squad, with only four foreigners registered in each game.
