After Kimmich and Choupo-Moting, FC Bayern has the next longer absence: Davies was diagnosed with a heart disease after his corona infection.
Munich – The corona hospital at FC Bayern Munich is just clearing up when the record champions got the next bad news: Alphonso Davies was diagnosed with heart muscle inflammation during examinations after his corona isolation at home.
Bayern will miss him for several weeks.
“Of course there is a probability these days that it comes from a corona infection plus sporting activity.
But we don't know 100 percent," said coach Julian Nagelsmann on Friday.
“But it also has no relevance to the further course of action for him.
In fact, he's got it - it's modest to shitty to gross shitty."

Davie's bitter diagnosis comes at a moment when the corona situation eased somewhat.
When FC Bayern went bankrupt at the start of the second half of the season against Borussia Mönchengladbach, Nagelsmann had to do without nine players who had tested positive.
A total of 13 professionals were missing.
In the game at 1. FC Köln on Saturday, the coach can at least fall back on captain and goalkeeper Manuel Neuer, Corentin Tolisso, Dayot Upamecano, Omar Richards, Leroy Sané and Tanguy Nianzou.
Neuer and Tolisso, who have recovered from a corona infection, should even be in the starting XI.

Nagelsmann emphasized that Davies was a sign of mild heart muscle inflammation and that it was "not that dramatic".
Nevertheless, it hits the 21-year-old, who is missing for an “indefinite period”, and the club hard.
The left-back is not the only one who is missing longer due to corona: Last year Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting and Joshua Kimmich had to sit out for weeks due to quarantine, infection and lung problems.
"I actually thought that we could bury the Corona issue at some point before Christmas and that it wouldn't always be about Corona.
Now it's a lot about Corona again," Nagelsmann quarreled before FC Bayern's away game in Cologne.
"Phonzie is out of training for the time being and will not be available for the next few weeks either.
It has to heal completely now." (
