The cancellation of the visa of world No.1 tennis player Novak Djokovic aims to protect the result of the "
sacrifices
" suffered by Australians during the Covid-19 pandemic, Prime Minister Scott Morrison said on Friday.

Australians have made many sacrifices during this pandemic, and rightly want the outcome of those sacrifices to be protected
,” Mr Morrisson said in a statement, referring to the case of the Serbian player, who wanted to enter Australia without being vaccinated against Covid-19.
