The trial in the fall?
According to the regional daily, only the Sportingsols company, which is responsible for maintaining the lawn of the Moustoir stadium, is sent back to correctional as a legal entity, as well as two of its members.
They will have to respond not to manslaughter, but, in particular, to involuntary injuries resulting in death by deliberate breach of a particular safety obligation.
Yohann Essirard, supporter of Stade Rennais, came to watch the match between his favorite team and Les Merlus before lending a hand to his brother, at the latter's request, after the match.
The trial could be held next fall.
