Dortmund - Freiburg 1: 5
Arling Holland have not scored in the last two rounds of the Bundesliga and following the winter break the teams went to and after not scoring last Saturday in Frankfurt, it meant that tomorrow he could close out a full month without a conquest. But Holland came "hungry" to a meeting with the team in front of which he scored twice before and indeed found the net on the way to a resounding 1-5 that brings his team closer to the top.
Dortmund's first two goals against the fourth-ranked were actually by defender Thomas Munia who in the 14th and 29th minutes enjoyed two assists by Julian Brandt, but the Norwegian set up 0: 3 in extra time of the first half from Jude Blingham's interception. Armadin Demirovic shrank to 3: 1 in the 61st minute, but the "foals" could not risk beyond that and the Netherlands managed to complete a pair from Mahmoud Dahoud's cooking in the 75th minute. The latter is also the one who said the last word, when in the 86th minute he received a fantastic pass from Daniel Mullen and made it 1: 5 at the end.
Next year, Freiburg will try to beat Dortmund in an away game in the Bundesliga for the first time in its history.
As you may recall, last week Dortmund managed to narrow the gap from Bayern Munich to six points and now it has dropped to just three, at least until tomorrow.

Cologne - Bayern Munich (16:30,
Sport4) After surrendering to Gladbach last week and dropping a streak of seven victories, the champion will try to open a new streak against the West German rival, which stands for three consecutive victories and has not scored four in three years.
Cologne is Serge Gnabry's favorite rival, scoring 11 goals in eight appearances.
Kingsley Coman, who yesterday extended his contract at the club until 2027, will be absent due to an injury similar to his French compatriot Corenten Tolisso, while Leon Goretzka is also unfit for the game.
If she scores for Cologne's net, Bayern will break the record they set themselves: 65 consecutive games in which they scored at least one goal.

Union Berlin - Hoffenheim (16:30, Breakouts in Sports 4)
Mons Dabour got into things in the month leading up to the holiday break and in the next round he will hope to return to scoring, having not done so in the previous two.
Although Hoffenheim and Union are separated by four places in the table, the gap is only three points, so the Israeli's team knows that every stumble means a loss of height in the race to secure a place in Europe next season.
Hoffenheim has not lost for seven consecutive rounds and the longest streak in its history was 10, just over three years ago.
Mönchengladbach - Leverkusen (19:30, Sport4)
The host opened 2022 with a big victory over the champion, and on Saturday will try to break a streak of four losses to Leverkusen, which is in a bad period and has not won five games in all competitions.
However, the visitors have scored more points in away games than any team in the league other than Bayern (15).
Mönchengladbach stood on its own in a five-game winless streak until it defeated the Bavarians, so it must accumulate more points to get closer to the picture of the battle for tickets to UEFA plants.
