Tennis star Novak Djokovic is facing deportation once again, after the Australian government revoked his entry visa for the second time.
Immigration Minister Alex Hawke said this morning (Friday) that he had used his ministerial authority to revoke the 34-year-old Serb's visa, for reasons of public interest - just three days before the start of the Australian Open.

Djokovic's lawyers are expected to appeal the decision in federal court and family court as they did successfully after the first revocation.
This is the second time Djokovic's visa has been revoked since arriving in Melbourne last week to defend his title at the Australian Open.
His exemption from vaccination against Corona has been approved by the Government of Victoria and Tennis Australia, the organizers of the tournament.
This probably allowed him to get a travel visa.
