With the end of the NFL regular season, the hunt for the final on February 14 is on.

The playoffs, the so-called postseason, start this Saturday and consist of four rounds: starting with the wild card round, through the divisional playoffs and the conference finals to the Super Bowl.

The best teams in each of the two conferences receive a bye.
