The hearing of Serbian tennis pro Novak Djokovic in Australia is scheduled for Sunday at 9.30 a.m. local time (Saturday evening 11.30 p.m. German time).
The federal court should clarify whether the world number one and defending champion can take part in the Australian Open in Melbourne, which begins on Monday.
On Saturday, the world number one's visa issue continued with a brief procedural hearing before Judge David O'Callaghan to set the time.
As the Australian news agency AAP reported on Saturday, the judge is considering whether the hearing should take place before a single judge or three judges.
On Friday, Immigration Minister Alex Hawke personally ruled Djokovic's visa invalid for a second time.
Unvaccinated against the coronavirus, Djoković is a controversial figure in the country that has imposed tough rules since the pandemic began.
Djoković reported a corona infection in December in order to obtain a medical exemption for the Australian Open, in which only vaccinated players are allowed to take part.
He was denied entry to the country last week because the authorities did not have sufficient documentation for his TUE.
However, because the border officials had not given him the agreed time to clarify the matter, the judge temporarily overturned the decision on Monday.
